  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt and appreciate the reason why projects are set up the way they are, and that at co-op it is slightly different but the base principles are there. • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The department I work in is pretty well structured and I have been on the programme more or less since it started, which has been 3 and a half years. I really appreciate the opportunity I have been given to develop myself through the apprenticeship. The structure of the team has changed as the programme has developed which has come with it pros and cons

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • i found that during the course the support was mixed, when it came to the exam and verbal exam i received loads of support to help me get through the final hurdle. but during the course, i thought it wasnt well structured and communication was very poor, which was quite ironic when we were being taught about communication styles and technics.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I completely agree it does and i have since been promoted. I feel that the promotion was because of the qualification as well as the confidence it gave me to do my job. It taught me technics which allowed me to push myself in difficult situations. Also I learnt the importance of some of the meetings i hold and the purpose of the meeting to hold others to account
