  • 9a. Would you recommend Co-op to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The values that Co-op has as an organisation are like no other business I have worked for. They care about people and development and do what they say. The commitment to diversity and inclusion is fantastic and I am really proud to work for an organisation that encourages you to be yourself. The commitment to supporting community is really important and the ethical values are outstanding.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Co-op?
  • The application process is really transparent and fair as are the interviews which are based on behaviours. You will be continuously updated on the processes and given feedback. The Co-op is such a diverse business and you can start in one area and move around to the different functions which is really interesting. So much opportunity for you to develop and grow.
