  • trong organisational and planning ability, showing resilience and ability to meet deadlines. •Plan and manage resources, to deliver our onboarding programmes and developmental workshops. •Liaise with subject matter experts, to keep course content up to date and aligned with the business strategy. •Able to evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback and demonstrate ROI to the business using Kirkpatrick’s model. •Experience of designing and delivering training frameworks at various experience levels (entry to business leaders) through the ADDIE principle. •The ability to react quickly to issues and adopt new ways of working to meet business needs. •Experienced with traditional and modern training methods (classroom learning, coaching, e-learning, mentoring, virtual learning, workshops). •Responsible for the quality and performance levels for the Customer Service onboarding programmes. over 6 countries (including using external partner services). •Experienced in facilitating workshop-style learning with managers at all levels. •Developed a culture of continuous learning through the L&D Team to become a high performing team.
