Supporting our partners to sell HPE. Calling out to customers, handling pricing, deal registrations

Developed my communication and presentation skills. Learned about our technical portfolio

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The day role is enjoyable and good networking opportunities with colleagues. However, the apprenticeship coursework can be a little tedious.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Initially, I felt the structure was lacking as the apprenticeship programme is new. However, this was heavily improved during the year and I now have clear direction within my team.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support from my employer has been excellent. Very easy to reach out for help

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Good support received and very fair with giving me time to complete my coursework during work hours.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification isn't always relevant to my current role, but I'm sure the learning will be useful in my career later.

Yes, although not during covid times :(

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hewlett Packard Enterprise?

Show enthusiasm and lots of energy! You don't necessarily need to be technical. They will teach you everything you need to know to be successful at HPE.
