  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I loved my course at first as my trainer was amazing and made the course fun. I was then passed from 4 different trainers and I was never told I had a new trainer until the day of my meetings. Luckily I finally got settled with a trainer who helped me through the rest of the course eventhough we were in lockdown he still made sure the learning was done

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It wasn’t as I was given 4 different trainers in the space of 3 months and nothing was communicated with me. Our managers at work did not understand or what to be involved with my learning. Once I finally got a settled trainer things worked out and the course was a breeze
