  • Counter fraud handler within Direct Line Pet insurance. Role includes investigating claims of concern and taking actions on claims where fraud has taken place.

  • Yes, developed my technical skills hugely while completing my diploma. Understanding of legal principles, legislation & governance that affects my day to day role.

  • Very well structured. Lots of support from Babbington and DLG.

  • Yes, I do feel I perform my role better. I feel I have more confidence in my decision making.
