  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed the program and it has made me very excited to be able to be able to continue working in the industry as well as the company. Even though we had to work from home for the majority of the course, it still had lots of value and was extremely enjoyable.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe that the structure was as good as it could be! I think the structure that was in place for the 2 years pre COVID was perfect and looked to be balanced perfectly between: Training, Team Building Exercises & Personal work - Sadly a lot of those Team Building Exercises didn't happen but was due to COVID so understandably so!

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • For Deadlines and Qualifications Pareto and my Mentor from them have been great at helping me out to get my portfolio finished and sent off with drafts, audits 1-1 's and even post submission feedback, I Personally would have liked some things to be presented to me earlier so that I had time to work on them more earlier in the year but even so their support has been great.

  • I believe that the qualification helps me loads in regards to closing deals and progressing through the Sales Process as I have been learning it parallel to actually doing deals and working through deals, I also feel that the portfolio and documenting what I have done helps me to see some of things I have done and potentially do better the next time it comes up.
