  • I create eLearning for the UK Market within the Learning and Development Team. I also specialize in Digital technologies and how we can utilize these.

  • Yes, I have been in this role for 7 months now and still learning as I go. Stakeholder management has been my biggest skill I have adapted and still developing.

  • Really enjoying the programme as it is very relevant to my role and I can bring in my learnings to the team.

  • Joining the programme was very organized. I received all the information I needed before joining. The training content is laid out well and I receive a lot of support on the learning platform and my tutor.

  • I apricate all the support I receive from my employer and feel confident completing the course because of this.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There is tonns of support on the learning platform and further support from the tutor is available if needed. I also receive a monthly call with my learning coach about the apprenticeship side.

  • Highly relevant and helps me bring in knowledge to the team.

  • There are many different professional networking event opportunities to get involved in at work, covering a wide range of topics for example, women's international week.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • There are many benefits to working here and the people are amazing. My work is engaging to me and there is always opportunity to get involved in projects I am interested in. My development is taken seriously with tons of different learning interventions to aid my development plan.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Nestle?
  • Don't come to Nestlé for a job, come with the intention of having a career. Don't be afraid to challenge the norms and push to find better ways of working.
