  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I solve first line IT issues for all employees who work for Nestle in the UK and Ireland. This involves answering the phone, sending emails and completing IT tickets. I also administer access and assist new starters in the business by helping them get set up with everything they need.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is extremely organised. Before I started, Nestle had communicated with the college I was attending to ensure that everything was ready for my start date. My induction plan was detailed and well structured. This enabled me to learn everything I needed to for my job. I am now well trained and confident with all tasks.
