  • I do transactional work on the HR team. This includes submitting payments/overpayments to payroll, answering queries on policy and procedure. I specialise in fixed term contract and right to work.

  • I have learnt about employment legislation and have developed existing skills such as working under pressure and communication

  • I enjoy my programme, due to the new knowledge that it’s bringing me to apply to my role. This programme will allow me to excel and develop within my career.

  • My programme is very well organised and structured. As we have been informed of our learning plan, deadlines, when we will meet with our skills coaches.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. They allow me to do my off the job training, as well as helping me develop my skills to pass the course.

  • My course is for a higher level role, so it helps me to understand more senior roles within the business.

  • Very good employee schemes such as secondments and performance based increments. It is very flexible as we work off flexi-time, so a better work/home life balance is achieved
