  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure is excellent. First the induction day moved smoothly and was virtually online with good connections and perfect to meet different individuals on the call. The training was on the job mainly and required me to experiment different scenarios to find the right one. Overall the structure has a talent team and different personal that help.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a good support from my employer. I am able to take study leave days for education as well as allowing them to take days off to study closer to the exams. The Ethnic minority mentorship helps me to speak to people higher up in the firm and bridge the gap.

  • 9a. Would you recommend EY to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The working enviroment is awesome. The people I work with are kind and caring for the hours you flex around the day. This inclusiveness helps me to be myself at work. the main recommendation would be the work people and place being London and around multicultural food places as well as people

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
  • In order to succeed you need to accept failure at some stages. Failure help bring me back. The interview consists of maths questions and an interview with a partner. The process is easy to apply to and some stages are tough but learn to be yourself and passionate about the field you wish to join
