  • I work as a team leader and am responsible for multiple people and ensuring their duties are carried out effectively. I deal with escalations and manage reporting for the team to ensure we are one hundred percent compliant and our fleet is able to be utilised by minimising our downtime and vehicles off road. I coach the team and aid them in their progression towards completing their training programme. I also look after my own account and deal with breakdowns, defects and maintenance on a daily basis.
