  • 9a. Would you recommend Barclays to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Barclays is a supportive environment with flexible working. This suits for different employee circumstances, especially with the current climate of COVID-19. There is also the ability to move job roles if you want to explore different areas of the bank. Colleagues in the bank are welcoming and helpful to each other.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • I would say to research Barclays and look into the values of the bank. During any interviews/assessments I would advise to be yourself as Barclays will match you to the job role which seems best suited to your skills which are assessed when applying, however, there is the ability to change if you don't like the job role you are initially put in.
