  • I loved doing my apprenticeship as I’ve learnt loads and it has not been that hard

  • I have monthly meetings and sometimes sooner so she can help me

  • I think the apprenticeship has been really good for me as I now know how to deal with customers and how to read there body language

  • The pays good and if you am doing the customer service practitioner apprenticeship you will find out loads

  • Always talk about gold standard and be chatty
