  • I produce agendas, produce trustee meeting documents, provide trustee's with legislation updates, I help with a shared mailbox which helps run a site for pension schemes.

  • I've improved my email writing skills and also improved my ability to interact in a professional manner through attending a trustee meeting.

  • I enjoy my programme as I feel it is developing me with the skills I need to have a successfull career with Aon.

  • I feel reasonably valued.

  • It is reasonably organised although communication could be better.

  • I receive quite a bit of support as we catch up on a monthly basis.

  • I receive support from my employer as they provide me with training so i have all the knowledge I need to do my job well and allocate me with time for personal development.

  • It meets my costs very well, especially as I'm also receiving training which Aon is paying for.
