  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I done leadership jobs for many years but because I never studied management or leadership I felt like there is something missing in my ways of working. This apprenticeship definitely improved my confidence and I feel like I am good leader now. The most important that I learn I think is soft skills.
