1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I process the wages weekly. I oversee the running of the Office, i procure all the Stationary and Cleaning products maintain the office security & canteen supplies

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes learnt lots of new skills on this apprenticeship that have helped me through the last 12 months when COVID & Cyber attacked occured

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed taking part in the online monthly classes and completing the workbooks and activities

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Yeah well ran and organised we received in advance the dates of each class and units. Lynsey is always available via phone or email

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager has been very engaging and open to me completing this apprenticeship

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots !! Lynsey is very helpful and always answers any problems or questions i have

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think i have grown in confidence and can perform my role to a higher standard with the knowledge i have gained

Not currently with COVID but there is normally

The people that work here make it a team effort, lots of long serving staff members work here

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Realise?

There is alot of men that work here so ladies and positions for ladies are few and far between
