I am covering the fire & environmental mangers role in the area, my daily routine consists of monitor our environmental performance, work on and monitor environmental projects in the area. Deal with fire related issues in the area, whilst helping with the local safety team.
Yes, communication is key in the work place I feel this has improved no end My Initiative has improved with allows me to make the required changes if I feel they need to be made Working as a team, I work within a small team of 5 people and it key we all help each other
I bring work home because I enjoy it. I have enjoyed every second of my program.
Due to the program consisting of collage work and university, sometimes when a join decision needs to be made communication can be broken down
Whenever support is needed it has been embraced with open arms from my manager, program manager, university and college.
I believe as a student I have the right balance between being supported and working by myself, I know support is there if needed.
