  • I work in the logistic buildings where I learn and work around the materials being made and brought in at solenis. I do problem solving on a day to day basis to work out if certain deliveries and requests will be achieved.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I’ve learnt how to use solenis technology called Sap I have found my way round it. I’ve developed skills on excel as well. Also I’ve improved my communication skills and confidence due to solenis being a very friendly place to work!

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I’m a young girl that actually likes and gets excited to get up to go to work, that’s how much I enjoy it! It is very interesting and is different.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is organised well but I believe it could be organised a little bit more but it has been difficult due to the Pandemic. They have tried to make it work as much as they could.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support, every day/week/month. I have team meetings with different employees helping and encouraging me to try new things.

  • I receive a lot of support, my training provider is only an email a way or I can ask to set up a virtual meeting if I struggle that much.

  • The qualification helps me understand the true meaning behind my role a bit more. It helps connect the dots that other people couldn’t do!

  • Yes there Are social activities, where we have the choice to complete and challenge every month to win a prize. There is also a solenis gives where we can get involved to help the community.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • My experience so far has been amazing! With the help of solenis my confidence has grown and I’ve met so many amazing people. The working environment is friendly and everyone helps one another to get a job done correctly.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Solenis?
  • Be yourself and confident. Research about solenis before hand as there is a lot to know before working there. If you have the knowledge they like it!
