Day to day basis I’m expected to complete my tasks and possible others to a acceptable standard under management. Depending on the shift and how well we are staffed greatly impacts my duties. I often have to help others and learn by myself under no supervision due to lack of staff.
Throughout my experience I have developed a lot of existing skills such as my team working and communication. I say it has greatly helped with my confidence. I can learn effectively and understand what I have to do and how to effectively. Overall I have picked up a few new skills and developed others.
Overall the program originally wasn’t as bad as it is now and I enjoyed it greatly however due to bad store management and constant change in expectations. It leaves you feeling exhausted and used like a slave. Honestly a lot of people have left and I see why. Myself have thought about leaving.
Not much organisation with the program. My training has been restricted and other trained instead of myself. Horrible management. Lack of checking up on you and seeing how your coping. Little to no respect and expect a lot from all staff. No real care about development. Unfortunately it is this way.
Little support from employer or team other than some great team leaders who are very understanding. Lack of emotional support and don’t see you as a real employee or give you a chance to speak for yourself. Choose horrible times for meetings which lead to you feeling horrible all day.
Receive decent support and every effective learning services. Great resources for work that has to be completed. Not the best for children in care as they don’t know about bursary etc and support. Great provider but unfortunately let down by the employer. Lovely staff and honestly really kind and respectful
I honestly understand some of the materials are very good to learn but some of it is really stupid and stuff that’s common knowledge. However their resources are effective and informant. I work very effectively and I believe some of the stuff provides light to feedback and developing skills.
No extra curricular activity’s unless it’s an activity which work forces you to complete or not even give you a chance to take part within. Little to no contact and lack of use and integration of yammer which I still haven’t received a login or an account.
No
Horrible staff and bad management. Only real focus is making money and ensuring everything is actually okay to a level. Would rather focus on themselves than ensuring staff are comfortable and supported. Wouldn’t recommend working at kfc. Most employees leave anyway. Better working conditions and better pay at Amazon or other employers
ensure they support you completely and don’t forget about your progress as a individual and as a tool to the workplace.Don’t recommend working here. It’s emotionally draining and not worth your time .
