    • I enjoy it. There is a lot to learn and it is challenging, whilst also being a tremendous opportunity.

    • Quite. This is ramped up eventually, as degree apprenticeships involve signing a training agreement after a couple of years.

    • Sisk are a very supportive employer who put their people first and encourage development.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Adequate. Lecturers make themselves available and the training provider has mentors who assist in the professional membership side of things.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It gives an understanding of things that I do not get involved with in my day job, which in turn leads to greater awareness of what is happening in the industry. It helps me see the bigger picture.
