  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • i feel it gives me a wider understanding of the market and allows me to develop skills and capabilities much faster than if i wasnt on the scheme. It also gives me more exposure to different tasks/ areas. I feel understanding more than just your teams part of the bank helps you be more empathetic/ knowledgeable. This will help me preform better in my role as i can consider external fators.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • we have had a Christmas do on teams! i also believe before lockdown there were more social events. Unfortunately due to current lockdown restrictions things have been limited and i feel i haven't been able to be part of this side of my team in the same way. However it is no ones fault.
