  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very well structured as i am paced correctly, judging from my current skill set, and then i am put onto more complex jobs when my foreman feels i am ready. I have also spent most of my apprenticeship being mentored by fully skilled fabricator, and because of this i have learnt key skills from them.
