  • Aircraft engineer- Following completion of the theory side of the course, it was on the job training. A task book containing various tasks, component location and servicing of systems, needed to be filled out under supervision, before the final exams and assessments commenced.

  • Structural assembly and repair of sheet metal and composites. Marine engineer and production.

  • It’s work, but rewarding.

  • It was well rounded, steps weren’t so clear following completion.

  • The Navy were thorough with examinations and learning the correct knowledge was clear from the off.

  • It was direct, and they ensured you understood the process

  • Well, it has many aspects in engineering it can branch off.

  • Gliding, many aircraft events-air shows and spotting

  • Yes

  • Excellent training and a very colourful work experience.

  • Enjoy the people, the work make sure you have received every qualification you can get your hands on.
