  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed it, it was a pretty big time commitment which was not ideal due to how busy my day job was during the early stages of the covid pandemic, however, the programme was flexible enough to allow me to pause and then catch up.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised, the switch to online workshops was seamless during the pandemic and the training provider's online platform was also very good.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Lots, my manager was brilliant with allowing the 20% time to be flexed and grouped together in more substantial blocks which I found easier than stop / starting.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Having a cohort where I can still ask questions will be a useful addition to my network going forward, refreshing my research and ER skills will also be useful in my role.
