my job role is production control and this involves managing steel which is the ordering and delivery of steel as well as payroll and payroll data management.
since starting, i have developed my I.T skills as i am working with new websites that are used to help do my job, i have also developed my people skills as i am working with different people to help get jobs done.
i am enjoying my programme a lot as i am constantly ;earning new things as well as developing new skills.
my programme is very organised as i am aware of the jobs that i will be doing as well as the knowledge i will learn and how long i have to learn this knowledge.
i receive a lot of support from my employer and employees as i am learning the key skills for my job role.
i receive support and feedback from my training provider on the work i have done.
it allows me to gain knowledge that i wouldn't necessarily learn at work which helps me at work and can help if i go on to another job role
