  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Dealing with clients with maintenance queries and making sure we are giving great service to our clients. I managed work load between different teams and offices to make sure we got the correct responses and service was provided.

  • I have learnt many skills specially the time management complex and how to manage work load and make sure things are done in the order of importance.

  • Very, it opened up opportunities for me and was able to use what i learnt in the working environment and become more confident in what i did.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well it was to a degree but due to covid and redundancy it became harder but [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] still supported me through this programme.

  • not as much i would of liked as i wasn't really able to use my new learnt skills until i was moved into a new position which i was able to be more resourceful. but once again i was made redundant before i could really step on and make a change.

  • Well until i'm in back into a position to make decisions then i cant really answer this question

  • Be the best you can be and don't be dishearten if things don't happen the way you want them to has its a high pressured environment
