Dealing with clients with maintenance queries and making sure we are giving great service to our clients. I managed work load between different teams and offices to make sure we got the correct responses and service was provided.
I have learnt many skills specially the time management complex and how to manage work load and make sure things are done in the order of importance.
Very, it opened up opportunities for me and was able to use what i learnt in the working environment and become more confident in what i did.
Well it was to a degree but due to covid and redundancy it became harder but [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] still supported me through this programme.
not as much i would of liked as i wasn't really able to use my new learnt skills until i was moved into a new position which i was able to be more resourceful. but once again i was made redundant before i could really step on and make a change.
