  • we answer the phone and set up breakdown cover for people but on Fridays we spend the day doing our coursework for the apprenticeship

  • yes at this is my first job ive learnt alot of new things such as how to use the systems we use, how to actually talk on the phone to people.

  • it isnt the worst job its fun but it can be a bit rubbish when you get a nasty customer on the phone shouting at you or just being rude

  • it is perfectly organised they have it all in a set plan

  • i receive loads of support as i have dyslexia and a few mental health issues they have been very helpful with it all

  • our training provider is very helpful if we ever need help we can go to her whenever and she will help us.
