1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I triage new claims that come through to us from FNOL to determine if any injury to any third-party's. I also look into liability and review medical evidence to negotiate injury settlements with solicitors.

Yes I have become a competent personal injury handler and have learnt how to lead a team in my team leaders absence

I find it can be repetitive

Somewhat ok, I have a good understanding of what I need to do

A lot of support

have a meeting every 6 weeks but I also know that I can contact them whenever I need help

I become more knowledgeable and more confident

We have a Social team that I am part of and also get involved in providing the team with work in my team leaders absence

Yes

because there are a lot of opportunities

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?

Make sure you confirm whether there will pay rise as this does not seem to exist at the moment.
