  • My role is to ensure that the complaint cases are managed in line with FCA deadlines and mitigate any risks etc

  • it is quite structured and organised with detailed webex sessions before each assignment which is great

  • My role is quite tedious so even though i am trying to keep aside a study day on side there are other priorities so i have to cover in evenings and weekend

  • The training provider are quite approachable and knowledgeable
