I am Resource and scheduling co-ordinator, I manage my electrical operatives diaries, and groundworks, I will speak to tenants and book work in, i also raise a lot of estate inspection and run a remedial program with my electrical supervisors
i have learned new skills, i would personally say you learn something new everyday, because sometimes you dont know what you will come across when dealing with a tenant, or workload
i have enjoyed my programme however it has been very different due to being in a global pandemic so i didn't get the full experience of the programme
i would say it was fairly organised and structured, i was made aware when tasks where due in and when exams needed to be taken
i receive a lot of support from my employer and my team, we all work closely together
i personally haven't spoken to my training provider a lot, i would just get on with the work, and if there was any issues i would make contact.
i feel like it may benefit my role as i have some understanding of different situations which could happen in a workplace
yes, there are a lot of socials activities, for example, cooking class online, yoga, you can always get involved
Yes
i believe Aster is very beneficial place to work, there are so many opportunity's to get involved in, and a great place to work, i have made some long term friends, and have a great team who i work with.
i would advise its a great place to work, i don't have one bad thing to say about Aster, from my experience working in the company.
