  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am Resource and scheduling co-ordinator, I manage my electrical operatives diaries, and groundworks, I will speak to tenants and book work in, i also raise a lot of estate inspection and run a remedial program with my electrical supervisors

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • i have learned new skills, i would personally say you learn something new everyday, because sometimes you dont know what you will come across when dealing with a tenant, or workload

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i have enjoyed my programme however it has been very different due to being in a global pandemic so i didn't get the full experience of the programme

  • i would say it was fairly organised and structured, i was made aware when tasks where due in and when exams needed to be taken

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • i receive a lot of support from my employer and my team, we all work closely together

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • i personally haven't spoken to my training provider a lot, i would just get on with the work, and if there was any issues i would make contact.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • i feel like it may benefit my role as i have some understanding of different situations which could happen in a workplace

  • yes, there are a lot of socials activities, for example, cooking class online, yoga, you can always get involved

  • Yes

  • i believe Aster is very beneficial place to work, there are so many opportunity's to get involved in, and a great place to work, i have made some long term friends, and have a great team who i work with.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aster Group Limited?
  • i would advise its a great place to work, i don't have one bad thing to say about Aster, from my experience working in the company.
