  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As i`m going through my training right now. My day consists of meetings with different parts of the company. It also is carrying out Babington tasks and writing up all my notes that i have taken in my meetings.

  • So far, i have developed on my confidence and i also feel as if i have bettered my communication skills via remote meetings.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme a lot, i enjoy meeting new people and working in a team or individually.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is structured well, we always have something to do and if we are finished our tasks my manager will give us either a video to watch to better our knowledge or give us pages to read up on about the business.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my manager, if i have any questions i will got o her and she will always answer them for me , if she doesn't know the answer she will point me in the direction of someone who will know the answer.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have only met with my training provider once so far, she gets back to emails in time and helps us even though she is dealing with a lot of apprentices at once.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Doing the tasks helps me to better my knowledge on the business, also refreshed me on my knowledge when doing them.

  • Yes

  • It is a good company to work for , all the staff treat you like everyone is a family and there is so much support for everyone, no matter what the job title.

  • Read up on your job role before hand, ask questions and do your research on the company!! :)
