first year of the apprenticeship is completing the first year of my degree and a level 2 NVQ which involves attending college.

yes, i have learnt a lot of new skills in a short period of time as well as developing existing ones.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i think this stage of my programme is going to be the least enjoyable as it is more knowledge based than experience based. Also, i am yet to properly join the business.

very well structured. it is extremely clear to me what is going to take place in the years to come.

daily/weekly support is received which is ample.

sufficient support is provided from my training provider

too early to say as i haven't had the chance to perform in my role

good communication with the employer well structured programme lots to gain very prestigious company

research the company as much as possible and try to seize every opportunity
