  • 9a. Would you recommend Rolls-Royce to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is an incredible company to work for. The work you do is amazing and is something very different to most job roles. The opportunities for development are great. I am also very proud to wear the Rolls-Royce badge and be apart of a company that produces such incredible products.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
  • Brush up on mathematics and science for the online assessment. For the interview, be yourself. The people interviewing you are the people you will work with. Not only are they looking for someone who is competent and motivated, they are also looking for someone who will be great to work with and who can demonstrate the required behaviours.
