  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    5/10

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I'm currently developing existing skills and hoping to attach my own leadership framework, objectives and evidence for submissions to the requirements of my Apprenticeship

    5/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It's difficult to say as I'm only a few weeks in. I've struggled with technical issues (Adobe Connect) and required IT approval from my employer for what has been deemed not standard software. This meant I missed the Induction and have had to catch up separately. This hasn't been enjoyable.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It appears to be very well organised and structured for the purposes of self serve learning. The timeline and requirements are clear, however, managing this against business need (as a Leader) alongside strategising and planning for a new year involving covid, together with my technical issues accessing webinars, has been extremely challenging

    5/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is supportive of their commitments to the Apprenticeship scheme, however, having individual support from your line manager differs.

    3/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I've not experienced this yet

    1/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Again, so soon into the programme it's difficult to say. I feel I perform well in my role, and that's partly due to previous experience. That being said, the role is expanding alongside my increased experience and I'd like use examples of my work within the Apprenticeship framework

    3/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
