my role involves the day to day admin and control of the details of a customers agreement. a customer will contact us with any queries of their plans and we have to complete the procedure to assist the customer with their needs to their satisfaction.
I have adapted my knowledge so far in the industry and gained so many new business based skills when it comes to procedures. I have developed my confidence by communicating with colleagues across all ranges and ages in a new office environment
So far I love the programme I have only been in one department so far, but they have been so supportive helpful and welcoming. my team are the nicest and they are all willing to help no matter what.
to begin with the organization and communication between departments wasn't great in concerns to access and training.in terms of the apprenticeship providers and Volkswagen again communication lacks.however it has helped me to develop my own organisation skills a lot more.
I receive so much support. my team leader at the moment is the nicest person and I can go to her about anything.my apprenticeship lead Is also so lovely and I know she will help and support us for the time we are apprentices
the communication from our apprenticeship provider isn't great and we only really hear from them when we have monthly meetings we mainly go to [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]. also when setting tasks she doesn't explain the best of what she exactly needs and also tells each different apprentice different things
due to me not actually being here for long I haven't been able to learn enough to adapt it to my role yet. I have learnt a lot on the job though
at the moment no due to coronavirus however I do believe there are a lot of team activities on the office floor when possible
Yes
