My work is closely supported and checked by qualified engineers that are all very helpful in teaching me and steering me in the right direction helping me improve.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my program and really enjoy working alongside highly qualified and friendly people. my day release (college day) is not as enjoyable as they are very long days and most of it so far has been remote working due to corona virus. if it wasn't for the worlds situation i would probably enjoy it more but this cannot be helped. i really enjoy learning new things and especially seeing construction from a new point of view is a really eye opening experience as i have now seen it from 2 sides.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme started off very well structured and organized but again, due to coronavirus it has not been so well organised on the college end. Work was adapted and organised very well when coronavirus struck and we very quickly adjusted to working remotely. it was almost seamless between working in the office and then working from home. The structure of the program is well done and i am always aware of the next part of my education and course i am heading towards.
