  • I work in international insurance, so I deal with only international clients. My day to day role consists of liaising with brokers from around the world on different clients.

  • I have developed many skills such as: communication, IT skills such as using Excel, organisation skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying my programme so far. I learn lots of new things and get to talk with people from around the world which I find interesting.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think the programme could be structured better. I think there needs to be better communication between The Growth Company, our recruitment team and ourselves. Perhaps more frequent calls should be arranged with personalised progression plans.

  • I feel I receive a lot of support from my team. However I feel the recruitment team and The Growth Company could support us better.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I feel not enough support was provided for our exams. I feel that the fact we had to come into a new job and even do all studying remotely by ourselves was not taken into consideration.

  • I feel that it helps with me day to day tasks I deal with as I can recognise terminology.

  • Yes I feel like there is a lot to get involved in such as YPN events.
