  • I work as a duty manager and i am using this course to gain skills, experience and confidence to complete my supervisor training.

  • As i am at the start of this course i am developing existing skills. But i am also learning new skills on how to communicate with my team .

  • My trainer is really easy to talk to and always there when i need help.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Bit confusing at 1st but isn't everything. But really easy once in the swing of things.

  • My employer is behind me all the way and trys his hardest to sit down with me when needed

  • As much support as i need

  • Even just starting it has made me change my way of communicating with my team and understand peoples needs.

  • Due to covid no but before we would have staff days out etc

  • Its a good company to progress with and everyone i work with are the best team i have worked with
