  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A mentor and line manager is assigned to each apprentice although we can talk to anyone throughout the company. we can easily ask questions to our team partner or our HR head about the apprenticeship and any concerns we have. when we do ask a question or have a problem we are always supported fully by the company and they will look to resolve the problem as best they can. TBA are more than happy to help us at any time.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • What we learn on the apprenticeship is very transferable to our everyday work and the teaching goes into a lot of detail so we understand why we do our job and have a complete understanding of the work we do. I feel I have a much deeper pool of knowledge about the industry I work in now than I did before I stated the qualification.
