  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt a number of skills such as supporting a child with Global Development Delay. Before my apprenticeship I was unaware of the condition. As my child holds this condition I must teach him in different ways as he processes information rather slower compared to other children.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At my work place, due to Covid restrictions. Unfortunately most of extra-curricular activities have been put on hold until it is safe to start again. At the moment there is a Twilight session that occurs on a Wednesday afternoon for the teachers to get stuck into socially distanced activities in classrooms. So far, we have participated in 3 different zoom call Twilight sessions.
