  • My Cask Ale knowledge has vastly improved through this course along with how to efficiently run a shift

  • I found the program really enjoyable as you are learning in a sphere you already have a base knowledge of, everything comes naturally and almost stress free!

  • The programme is well structured and organised but some of the online systems could use a little tinkering to make them a little more user friendly.

  • Always had help when needed, and offered extra if needed.

  • A lot as it’s given me confidence in my knowledge and abilities in my role.

  • Yes, We do a lot of fundraising for Macmillan Cancer, as well as other community focused activities that you would expect from a local

  • 9a. Would you recommend Greene King to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Even as a big company they still look after the smaller employees, that sometimes get over looked by big companies. Greene King released a new set of values one of which “We Care” is at the forefront and during Covid they have been nothing but caring and supportive!


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?
  • Be true friendly self and you’ll fit right in with the family!
