    • I open and close the pub and I manage my own shifts. I am the team leader so i deal with complaints and issues that make occur on a daily basis.

    • I have learnt more vocabulary and means behind the work that we do.

    • I enjoyed the programme as it was something different and an opportunity to learn.

    • It was organised okay, could have been better as i was swapped with about 3 different people.

    • I received the right amount of support that i needed to complete this course.

    • I received a lot of support when working towards my qualifications. They were always there to help when i needed it.

    • I believe it does help my role but not as much as i expected it to.

    • We organise cake sales and raffles at work which involves a lot of our staff to take part in.
