I open and close the pub and I manage my own shifts. I am the team leader so i deal with complaints and issues that make occur on a daily basis.
I have learnt more vocabulary and means behind the work that we do.
I enjoyed the programme as it was something different and an opportunity to learn.
It was organised okay, could have been better as i was swapped with about 3 different people.
I received the right amount of support that i needed to complete this course.
I received a lot of support when working towards my qualifications. They were always there to help when i needed it.
I believe it does help my role but not as much as i expected it to.
We organise cake sales and raffles at work which involves a lot of our staff to take part in.

Greene king look after their employees amazingly and are always there to help push people to do their best with new opportunities.
