  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Learning elements at college towards our Level 2 and level 3 including btec and all workshop units. this includes plc, maintenance, fluid power, electrical, lean and bench fitting. tutors are helpful and understanding. we complete all our training packs and assignments here. at this point we do all elements at college to complete the btec so we can move onto level 3. all training for btec is completed at college and not in the workplace

  • i do not enjoy my programme with mondelez.

  • poor organization. managers are biased and very manipulative

  • absolutely no support from when i started this apprenticeship

  • training provider is good and they’re very helpful and knowledgeable

  • it doesn’t as the course has been altered that much that it isn’t what i applied for.

  • No


  • 9b. Why?
  • because the apprenticeship is poorly ran, there is no support from the employer and the employer never make contact with employees at all and leave employees in the dark about things


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mondelez?
  • Have a look for better companies to take you on as an apprentice.
