  • Innovative thinking is an area which I felt I have improved upon since completing the programme. An exercise was conducting where groups were given a preexisting company and they had to formulate a plan on how the given company can complement the construction industry. It was fascinating to see the variety of approaches from different perspectives, indicating to me that there is still a large room for growth within the construction industry.
