I done a level 2 diploma in business and administration apprenticeship whilst working as youth worker with the training provider Catch 22. The nature of my role is not your typical 9 to 5 job. It required you to be flexible and adaptable with not much of a structure and sometimes this proved challenging throughout the duration of my apprenticeship and course but my tutor was understanding of this and was also flexible with me.
I now have a better overall understanding of business and how admin needs to be formatted in a workplace to a good professional standard.
Learning new things and gaining a new qualification.
It was OK.
I received a lot of support from my employer with time to be able to manage both my work and coursework.
I received a lot of help and support from my tutor. Every time I was unsure about something my tutor was only a email away.
