I need to manage a team of Skills coaches to support learners with their apprenticeship.
I learnt about time management, improved critical thinking and also management theory.
I enjoyed my programme as it allowed me to learn and put into practice
My programme was well structured and followed on in a logical sequence.
my employer was very supportive in giving me time to complete my qualification. But also with allowing me to showcase my new skills
again I received some good support. My Assessor gave me some good pointers.
It has got me thinking as more rounded manager instead of just thinking inside the box. I think outside the box now also.
I attend networking events but thats about all.
Yes
Because of the smoothness of the qualification and also the training was on the job and also the assessor was so friendly and supportive
Do It!!
