Yes, through this apprentice, I have developed communication skills, how to effectively involve a patient and practical skills as well.

Up to date, I have enjoyed this program, because it has developed me and improved my skills in certain areas.

To me, because is a new position I think is not well structured. Everyday different things are coming up. Nurses in the ward still don’t understand the position and it’s responsibilities.

My support is really appreciate from manager to practice educator. I get a lot of support from management which is every encouraging.

Like 60%, they’re there to support and to push us, but in the field is different. We are not allowed to work as super numeracy as stated.

Frankly speaking, I have developed a lot through this training and I always put myself down for nurses to use me and to teach me as well. I think I have work hard towards my qualifications, which is really important to me. Am proud of my university as well, because they have given us enough theory and evidence.
