Customer service within kfc. I have been trained on all the stations within the workplace. I can take orders, money, pack meals, prepare meals and also cook the chicken. My day to day roles can change depending on what station my managers put me on .
I have been able to develop on my communication skills, as English is not my first language. Also by doing this is has helped develop my reading skills.
I enjoy my programne quite a lot, as I do it whilst I am working, making it very flexible. Also I like the pace of the course.
Yes my programne is organised and well structured . However covid 19 has changed some things, but they have still tried to keep things in a good time frame
KFC support me very well. If I am ever stuck or need support my managers are always there to help me.
When I first started the programme it was very good, however covid 19 has made things difficult as they have changed my meetings to Skype meetings. This is an issue for me as I don't understand how to work Skype and as English is not my first language it makes things harder to understand.
The course has made me more confident working within hospitality, hopefully when I finish the programme i will perform even better.
