  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I've enjoying it so much although being remote has taken away from the community feel. The opportunity's that Whitehat offer are incredible. From keyboard companions to Mentors. From Whitehat Presents to Learning Spanish.

  • My programme is very well structured with all of my masterclasses booked in within my first 2 months of being on the programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer supports me however I need. They are very understanding and encourage me to complete my assignments and to do well in my studies.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Ive been given a coach who is the loviest and most supportive person I could get guidance from. She is always around if I need any further support and I feel like she genuinely has my best interests at heart. Her feedback is always spot on and her advice is very thoughtful.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Sometimes my assignments aren't that linked to my day to day role but it allows me to talk to other in the business and to reach out to people I dont often work with. It gives me the space to learn more about the product that we offer which in term positively impacts my work.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Socials are a big part of my work culture. We have also recently started mentoring as a company and have talked about starting a touch rugby team after Covid-19.

  • Yes

  • The culture is insane. Everyone is so friendly and there is such a learning culture that I love.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cleo?
  • Be yourself, we love personality and people that have really cool life stories. (Whether thats about the hobbies you do or the travels you have been on or want to go on)
